Began as a volunteer effort in 1994 to hone my web design skills, the NEC web site has evolved from a few amateurish looking pages to what it is today - a small site with band profiles and links to their music. Many of the participant bands have since created their own home pages, which has diversified significantly the look and feel of the NEC web site and minimized maintenance time.
